These Terms apply to all visitors to the website and to all clients who enter into a service agreement with us.
Abilene Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring and related services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, garage floor coatings, concrete grinding, concrete sealing, concrete resurfacing, and other surface preparation and finishing services in Abilene, TX and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to a written estimate and a separate service agreement signed before work begins. The website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or scheduling.
All estimates provided by Abilene Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on the information available at the time of assessment, including a visual inspection of the floor or surface. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final written price will be provided once the full scope of work is determined.
Pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from those observed during the estimate - for example, if hidden damage, moisture, or pre-existing coatings require additional preparation. We will notify you of any change in scope and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Project dates are scheduled by mutual agreement and confirmed in writing. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs and rescheduling disruption, as described in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible in those cases and work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
The client is responsible for clearing the work area of all vehicles, equipment, furniture, and stored items before the scheduled start date, as described in the service agreement. Delays caused by an unprepared work area may result in rescheduling and may incur additional charges.
Payment terms are stated in the written service agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your service agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as described in that agreement. In the event that collection efforts are necessary, the client may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any warranty provided for our services will be stated in writing in your service agreement. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper cleaning, physical damage, or conditions outside our control such as foundation movement, flooding, or excessive heat exposure during the curing period.

Our total liability for any claim related to services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

The client agrees to provide accurate information when requesting an estimate or service, to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, and to follow post-installation care and curing instructions provided by our crew. Failure to follow curing instructions - such as parking vehicles on a freshly coated floor before the recommended cure time - may void any applicable warranty.
If a dispute arises between you and Abilene Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
